David Nilssen, President

A nationally recognized expert in alternative investing, David Nilssen brings a wealth of experience and uncommon insight to Amplio Real Estate. An investing wunderkind, he began investing in securities in his teens and real estate as a young adult. Now, only a few years later, he is a profoundly successful investor, who has purchased millions of dollars in real estate and is particularly enthusiastic about the many investment opportunities in the growing foreign real estate market.

Nilssen is best known as the cofounder and CEO of Guidant Financial Group, Inc., of Bellevue, Wash. Guidant specializes in self-directed IRAs and innovative business financing solutions. Under Nilssen’s leadership, Guidant has received numerous professional and civic awards, including: U.S. Chamber of Commerce NW Regional Top Small Business award and Blue Ribbon award; SBA National Entrepreneur of the Year award (co-recipient); Puget Sound Business Journal Sixth Fastest-Growing Private Company in Washington honors; and Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist. With many years of progressive real estate experience behind him, Saddler has worked successfully with investors on numerous levels and on multiple types of investments. He has represented buyers and sellers with some of their first transactions and particularly enjoys introducing investors to the advantages of foreign real estate investing and the newest strategies in financing properties. A diversified and dedicated professional, Saddler prides himself on listening, learning and clearly communicating accurate, up-to-date information.
