Amplio Real Estate, LLC (“Amplio Real Estate”) respects and enforces the privacy expectations of our clients and potential clients. This notice discusses what kinds of information we collect about our clients and how this information may be disclosed to third parties who may or may not be affiliated with Amplio Real Estate.
Collection of Information

Amplio Real Estate's main purpose in collecting information from clients and potential clients is for communication. However, personal non-public information is required for certain services we provide in support of products offered by third parties, including Real Estate Equity Exchange, Inc. d/b/a REX & Co. (“REX” or the “REX Agreement”) and Promotora Mexico Alive, S.A. de C.V. (“Mexico Alive”):

	Certain client information to determine whether the client is qualified for the REX Agreement. This client information includes a client's name, address, social security number, information about the client’s personal residence and the amount of equity therein;
	Client information sufficient to enable Amplio Real Estate to conduct a credit check on the client as part of the qualification process for the REX Agreement;
	Correspondence, written, telephonic or electronic between a client and Amplio Real Estate or service providers to Amplio Real Estate, including REX & Co. and Mexico Alive.

How We Communicate With You

	Contact by telephone to verify information and to assist you with your REX Agreement or Mexico Alive submission;
	Contact by email to verify information, to assist you with your request, to conduct surveys, and to provide you with additional financial information, service announcements, special offers or other money saving opportunities;
	If you no longer wish to be contacted - Opt Out;
	If you elect to provide personal or contact information through this site, Amplio Real Estate may use or disclose the information you provide as set forth below in the “Disclosure of Client Information” section, and Amplio Real Estate may use the information to send relevant offers to you which we, believe would be of interest. If you wish to opt-out from receiving any offers from Amplio Real Estate, Please send an email request to info@amplioRE.com. If you do not wish to be contacted, do not provide any personal contact information through this site.

Disclosure of Client Information

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not disclose personal information to third parties who are not affiliated with Amplio Real Estate, unless one or more of the following circumstances exists;

	We will share your personal information with our sister companies, Guidant Financial Group, Inc., NuWire LLC, and our corporate parent, Amplio, Inc.;
	We will disclose your personal information to REX & Co. to facilitate your submission for a REX Agreement;
	We will disclose your personal information to Mexico Alive to facilitate your interest in the purchase of Mexican real estate;
	As Authorized - if you request or authorize the disclosure of the information directly to a licensed salesperson at Amplio Real Estate.

As Permitted by Law - for example, sharing information with companies who maintain or service customer accounts for Amplio Real Estate is permitted and is essential for us to provide clients with necessary or useful services with respect to their accounts. Furthermore, we may disclose or report personal information, such as account and transaction data, where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required or permitted under law (e.g., to cooperate with regulators, receivers, or to resolve client disputes).

Security of Client Information

We train our staff to safeguard personal information of our clients, and they are required to use such information for business purposes only. Amplio Real Estate maintains the following policies and procedures regarding privacy with its staff:

	Sensitive information stored electronically in our databases, such as Social Security Numbers, Birth Dates, Credit Card Numbers, etc. is encrypted. Access to this information is controlled.
	Paper files containing sensitive information are kept in secure areas where access is closely controlled and monitored.
	Staff receives training on the types of information we can and cannot disclose to individuals and/or organizations outside Amplio Real Estate.
